Why We Exist

There are scores of men and women in prison in the United States who have been wrongfully convicted whether due to legal or practical negligence, intentional malfeasance or misconduct of prosecutors and/or law enforcement personnel or the emergence of facts not known at the time of prosecution. Many of these individuals do not have the resources and support to advocate on their behalf.

The MD Advocacy Group Inc. was founded to assist such individuals in having their convictions overturned and achieving exoneration or being granted clemency, giving these men and women a chance at a successful life from behind Prison Walls as contributing members of society.
